Easy to download and install. Took 22 hours to upload 3.7G of data on fast Qwest broadband. Next day computer crashed and took all day to diagnose the problem...Mozy software. Reinstalled the software. Tried to phone help...forget it for home

I've had bad experiences with Mozy. First the initial backup (about 9 Gig) was so slow it failed to complete in the 10 days I had before going on vacation. When I returned, the software failed to connect for several weeks and the only solution was

I used the free version (less than 2GB permitted) on a couple of systems, and it works OK. A little slow the first time, but then no problem if you just do automatic backups at night. It's done by the morning.
