We could never get past step 5 of 6 in the installer after many attempts.
The company's "Immediate Support" chat line is never manned, making it useless.

I tried to use the service. Paid them for a year, dowloaded an interface, but it does not sunchronize. I tried to contact them by phone and email, there was no response. Is the company still in

There is no support. There is no live chat as it says there is in the FAQ page. There are no responses to email support. The only way I know they're still in business is by the monthly credit card charges.
