ADrive has a simple interface that allows you to see what is currently stored in your account. Uploading and downloading are simple tasks, requiring you to identify the files you want to move and to where. The feature that makes ADrive more convenient than most other storage sites is the inclusion of the Zoho document editor. You don't need to download a file to your hard drive to alter it; it can be edited in the Zoho program and left in your storage. This is a feature that we hope to see a lot more of as storage sites start integrating with the cloud computing movement.
ADrive has email support to help you answer your questions. However, their response time isn’t exactly blazing fast. If you prefer to use telephone support lines, you’ll be disappointed. ADrive doesn’t have any. On the positive side, ADrive’s FAQ was pretty thorough and well organized, so you’ll probably find answers to most of the questions you’d have in there.
ADrive has a lot of things we love and a few thing we don’t. The features are great, but not on the free account. The pricing is good, but not the best. We did unconditionally love the built-in document editor, which we hope to see in more storage services. Overall, ADrive will do exactly what you need it to and at a reasonable price.
