If you’re looking for a smaller storage space, 1 to 5 GB, GlobalDrive has competitive prices. However, if you need more than 5 GB, it’s an expensive monthly fee. Twenty–five GB is $180 a month and their largest account is 100 GB for $680 a month.
Accounts also come with sub–accounts. You can choose from different sub–account packages depending on how many sub–accounts you need. The more sub–accounts you have, the more the subscription costs. GlobalDrive has a free, downloadable application called the Virtual Disk Drive. This application works just like a hard drive except the information is stored online. Once the application is installed, you can access the files and save files to the drive just as you would any other drive.

We are impressed with how well the Global Drive Virtual Disk Drive integrates with the Windows desktop and applications. It’s as easy to use as a jump drive or other storage drive. The only downside is the steeper monthly fees for large storage spaces.
