The service is set up just like a hard drive so you can easily find the files you want to restore and save. In fact, the file search capabilities and the fact that Mozy keeps track of which files have been updated and when makes it much easier to manage all your data.

After downloading the Mozy application, Mozy scans your computer and selects and recommends files to backup. You can uncheck any of the files to choose to not back them up.

Help/Support:  

Mozy has fairly standard support options to help you. You can contact the company through email or phone, and the representatives we talked to were both nice and helpful. However, you may not need their help because the guide and FAQ sections on the site are fairly comprehensive and have answers to most of the questions you might have.

Don’t let the fact that it was originally designed as a backup service fool you. Mozy is one of the best services out there for storing your files online securely and at a premium price. Call it whatever you want, Mozy is exactly what you need for online storage.
