You're either lucky or in the minority. I have found comments like mine all over the internet. I waited 2 weeks for my account to be activated after paying. I then called them, they said that they were having problems and it will be taken care of before the day is over. The next day, it wasn't. I called again, they said to check back in 30 minutes. Nothing. I asked to have my account closed & refunded. No response. I could go on and on. To make a long story short, I finally had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau to get me money back. One thing I've learned, if the company doesn't offer a free trial to test the reliability of the service, run for the hills!

Not sure what this guy's problem is but this company is great. I have never had a problem.
