I am trying sugarsync and have found what i consider a major flaw--the program does not recognize external drives and therefore does not allow me to back them up.
I sent someone a link to one of my sugarsync folders in order to upload a large file. The receiver refused to upload my file because apparently if you upload anything over 100 MB you have to download sugarsync's desktop manager to your machine--something that most admin policies prohibit of course.
Two nails in sugarsync's coffin for me.
Just got off the phone with a Mozy salesman and he said that file sharing and support of mobile devices (smart phones) is coming soon to Mozy's service.
It good,but not enough. The SugarSync manager even lack of password login control. You can image, if you install it at some PC, anyone can view your multi pc's files, and can delete them easily.
